KATE JOHNSON
Kate Johnson trained as a modern dancer at UCR with Susan Rose and Stefanie Gilliland and is President of
EZTV ("an avant-garde video production and digital art center" -
Wired.com), where she has edited
and produced many projects and worked with many artists and organizations, ranging from the Getty Institute to Sony.
Ms. Johnson has worked with scores of choreographers, helping them with their choreography reels and repertoire packages.
She is also an oft-requested lecturer on digital cinema, web design and wireless entertainment applications. She has worked
on such diverse projects as The Sharpest Girl in Town: Ann Sothern (as editor), a documentary which premiered at the
Museum of Modern Art in New York, the documentary Outside Looking In: One Last Visit with Timothy Leary
(as producer), and Dschungel!, a narrative feature made exclusively for the Institute of Contemporary Art in London
as part of their 50th anniversary and called "Cutting Edge Independent Filmmaking" by the London Independent.
