MARY ANN KELLOGG
After her dance debut with the Atlanta Ballet, Mary Ann received her B.F.A. in Dance from Cal Arts and danced with the
Bella Lewitzky and Twyla Tharp Dance companies. Her transition to choreography took her from concert to theater as Martha
Clark's assistant on Garden of Earthly Delights and Vienna Lust Haus, David Gordon's The Mysteries,
or What's So Funny?, Phillip Glass' 1000 Airplanes on the Roof and works for American Ballroom Theater. Her
film choreographic credits include Clueless, Look Who's Talking? (1 and 2), Leap of Faith, Norma
Jean and Marilyn, A Night at the Roxbury, Superstar, Lost and Found, Jello Shots, and
The Guru, plus multiple sitcoms and "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" for TV. An Artist-in-Residence at
UCLA, Arizona State, Cal Arts, Ohio State and UC Irvine, Mary Ann's transition to direction began with the 1997 Fosse
Awards Show and she is currently exploring movement-enriched theater with Anne Bogart's View Point Theory.
